Don started his career in a startup that got absorbed by LexisNexis, a leading global provider of legal research and content-enabled workflow solutions since 1970s. He managed over 200 servers in a company that served customers in more than 100 countries with more than 30,000 employees worldwide. Subsequently, he founded Mad Wombat Software (now defunct) with David Varvel, which led to joining Piku in Japan as CTO in 2010. Since the Great Coupon Collapse of 2011, he uses all the lessons learnt to help web-based software companies solve their scaling problems.
